• Perform finishing carpentry tasks such as fixing doors, cabinetry, skirting boards, cornices, and other wood components.
• Conduct routine inspections and carry out necessary repairs on wooden fittings, drywall edges, ceilings, and partition panels.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean, safe condition.
• Coordinate with other maintenance trades (plumber, electrician, painter) to complete property repair works.
• Accurately measure, cut, shape, and install wooden materials using appropriate tools.
• Assist in preparing defect lists and support refurbishment or handover of residential or commercial units.
• Follow job orders and work schedules given by the supervisor or maintenance manager.
• Comply with workplace safety, ISO requirements, and property maintenance SOPs.
