Summary

The Maintenance Sales Supervisor leads a team focused on selling maintenance services, combining leadership with strategic sales planning. This position requires developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure service delivery meets expectations while achieving organizational sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the maintenance sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote maintenance services to existing and new clients.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
  • Conduct regular training and motivational sessions for the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or maintenance services are a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maintenance sales, facilities management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of maintenance services, facilities management, and technical aspects.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans and analyze market data.
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property software.
