About the Position

The main responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor, will be to supervise and ensure all machineries in Egg Grading facilities are always in good condition and operational, by doing proper periodic cleaning, preventive maintenance schedules and calibration. This position reports to the Egg Grading Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the daily cleaning, inspection, servicing and maintenance of all Egg Grading machines and equipment.
• Conducting daily machines inspections and ensure all equipment is operational.
• Ensuring machines are properly maintained to avoid machine breakdowns.
• Maintaining daily maintenance logs, machine inspection checklist and breakdown reports.
• Monitoring spare parts inventory.
• Providing training to staff on the upkeep of the machines.
• Reporting any potential safety hazard or maintenance issue to the immediate Manager.
• Ensuring all repairs comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Preparing and submitting weekly maintenance reports to the immediate Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Diploma from a recognised Technical Institution
• 3+ years’ Experience in a similar position.

Skills and Specifications

• Strong leadership, time management, communication and problem solving skills.
• Team player
• Familiar with machinery maintenance, preferably production setting.
• Computer literate in MS Office programs
• Flexible working time.
