Manager Automotive Workshop
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced automotive workshop manager to manage our workshop in Port Moresby.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish and implement operational procedures and policies in the workshop
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Oversee the inspection and testing of the vehicles for efficiency and road worthiness
- Train staff on new technology, machinery, workshop procedures and safety protocols
- Manage workshop budget and cost control
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Trade Certificate in Automotive Engineering or related fields
- Proven experience in Automotive Management
- Strong leadership, management and mentoring skills
- Familiar with safety & industrial standards
