The Role

Drive our clients' success by leading their ICT systems. This pivotal role involves understanding core tech needs, crafting innovative solutions, and managing critical information. You'll also shape the next generation of IT professionals by lecturing on ICT courses and championing best practices, all while ensuring our IT projects hit the mark and align perfectly with strategic goals.

Main duties include:

• Manage the ICT Help Desk Support system, effectively troubleshooting user issues.
• Administer ICT systems and programs, including creating new user accounts, managing access levels, and installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Oversee asset management of all ICT equipment.
• Design, maintain, and deploy business applications to meet user and business requirements in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of IT project implementation, engaging regularly with stakeholders throughout the process.
• Deliver ICT programs to SDP staff, partners, and students.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ICT trends and emerging technologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proven experience in technology management and project delivery.
• Be available to work remotely during breaks to address issues as needed.
