Marine Superintendent - Maritime

P&O Maritime Services, PNG BU are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Marine Superintendent to join our dedicated team based in Motukea Island. This role is reporting to the Fleet Manager and is responsible to provide technical assurance for all engineering and maintenance aspects for the PNG Fleet of ships.

We are looking for individuals who have:

• Have at least 5 years work experience in vessel management
• Minimum of 5 years as Chief Engineer
• Have a background in marine engineering
• Have a high level of interpersonal skills in order to liaise with stake holders and ship’s crew
• Be familiar with operating Planned Maintenance Systems
• Be familiar with preparing monthly reports and managing technical projects including dockings
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Team player with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
