Job Summary:

As a Marketing Associate - Digital, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital content across multiple platforms. You will manage and update all social media channels, ensuring consistent brand presence and timely responses. Additionally, you will monitor and maintain accurate website stock information, updating product listings as needed. Collaborating with the graphic design team, you will assist in executing monthly marketing campaigns that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging digital content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Update and maintain website content using WordPress, ensuring product listings and stock information are accurate.
• Plan, write, and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.
• Monitor and engage with social media audiences, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Edit video content using CapCut and other editing tools to enhance brand storytelling.
• Set up and manage live streaming for events, promotions, and brand engagement initiatives.
• Analyze content performance, providing data-driven insights to improve marketing strategies.
• Work collaboratively with the graphic design team to execute monthly marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CapCut (or similar video editing software).
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Experience managing and updating websites using WordPress.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and audience engagement.
• Ability to write compelling social media posts with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with live streaming setup and execution.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
