Position Title: Marketing Officer

Level: Mid-Level (3–5 Years’ Experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and well-organized Marketing Officer to support the expansion of IBSUniversity’s reach and brand presence. This role focuses on student recruitment and outreach, alumni engagement, and coordinating marketing activities across multiple divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute student enrollment outreach programs to secondary schools, career fairs, and public events
  • Promote academic programs, including degree, diploma, and Career Development Centre (CDC) courses, through targeted marketing campaigns
  • Organize and manage alumni engagement activities such as reunions, newsletters, and mentoring programs, in coordination with the Alumni Office
  • Manage the marketing calendar, schedule team meetings, and track key deadlines
  • Ensure effective cross-division coordination by tracking actions and approvals from Academic Departments, CDC, and Industry Relations
  • Maintain proper filing and records of marketing assets, vendor contracts, and related documentation
  • Serve as the central communication point within the marketing team to ensure smooth information flow
  • Maintain relationships with partner institutions and represent IBS University at public and promotional events
  • Ensure consistent branding across all outreach and communication activities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, outreach, student recruitment, or related roles
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
  • Experience in event planning and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing automation tools will be an advantage
