MasterSystems Technologies is expanding. We are currently seeking three (3) dedicated Mechanical Workshop Storemen to join our operations—one for each of our key branches:

• Lae

• Port Moresby

• Mount Hagen

At MasterSystems, we deliver the best service in PNG. To do that, we need a backbone of precision in our workshops. You will be responsible for ensuring our mechanics have the right parts at the right time to keep our clients moving.

The Role

You will take full ownership of your branch’s workshop stores, managing everything from high-turnover consumables to specialized automotive parts. We are looking for individuals who take pride in 100% inventory accuracy and a highly organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock; maintain meticulous bin cards and system records.

• Workshop Support: Issue parts against approved job cards and ensure no stock leaves the store without authorization.

• Proactive Procurement: Monitor stock levels for fast-moving items (filters, brakes, belts) and coordinate with suppliers for quotes and orders.

• Operational Excellence: Conduct regular stock counts, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and assist with audits.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Minimum Grade 12 completion.

• Experience: Previous experience in a workshop or parts-store environment is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of automotive/mechanical parts and strong computer literacy.

• Attributes: High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a "no-nonsense" approach to stock control.
