Are you passionate about retail, brand visibility, and driving product performance in-store? Join our team as a Merchandiser for Nivea & Elastoplast and play a key role in ensuring our products shine across all CPL stores in Port Moresby.

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the presentation, availability, and promotion of Nivea and Elastoplast products. You’ll work closely with store teams to maintain merchandising standards, support promotional campaigns, and ensure stock is always available and well-displayed.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure products are clean, well-stocked, and correctly priced in all CPL stores.
• Implement planograms and promotional displays in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to maintain a competitive edge.
• Coordinate with store managers for stock replenishment and report stock issues.
• Support promotional launches and ensure POS materials are effectively placed.
• Submit weekly reports on merchandising activities and sales trends.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
• Proven 3 -5 years or more of managerial experience, or a similar role.
• Experience in retail merchandising (FMCG, personal care, or healthcare preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and data analysis.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently across multiple store locations.
