We are recruiting for the following positions for our Mobile Fleet Maintenance Department


HID6127 Ancillary Planner
• Must have over 3 years working experience in an open pit mining or heavy vehicle service environment
• Qualified Tradesperson with relevant trade certificates and skills
• Experience in CMMS preferably Pronto and data management of CMMS Systems
• Experience in developing weekly plans
• Attention to detail and focus on task setting and tracking to completion
• Knowledge in preparing detailed forecast plan presentations to communicate planning proposals.
• Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive light vehicles and ancillary equipment plans.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and analyse information relevant to planning activities.
• Coordinate with workshop/field supervisors and coordinators, as well as other departments to ensure plan is aligned
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of implemented plans, and making adjustments as needed.
• Excellent technical problem solving and time management skills
• Strong computer literacy skills, - Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, and know how to use MS Projects)


HID6460 Long Term Equipment Planner
• Must have over 3years experience in long term planning and shutdown planning in an open-pit mining or heavy vehicle service environment
• Experience in CMMS preferably Pronto and data management of CMMS Systems
• Excellent technical problem solving and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and track maintenance forecasts to a high compliance
• Developing and implementing long-term strategic shut plans aligned with the organization's goals.
• Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Coordinate with workshop/field supervisors and coordinators, as well as other departments to ensure plan is aligned
• Monitoring and evaluating the progress of shut plans, and provide progressive updates
• Strong computer literacy skills, - Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Projects)


HID5768 Equipment Scheduler
• Must have minimum 3 years of proven experience in equipment scheduling, preferably in a mining or similar industrial environment
• Experience in maintenance scheduling and Pronto - Planned Maintenance
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and track maintenance schedules to a high compliance
• Strong computer literacy skills, - Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Projects)
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant computer applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures


HID5784 Parts Interpreter
• Prior experience in machinery servicing or parts interpretation, knowledge of machinery with spare part management and the general supply chain
• Familiar in planning and scheduling applications
• Understand CMMS preferably Pronto and knowledge in data management of CMMS Systems
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and focus on task setting and tracking to completion
• Excellent technical problem solving and time management skills
• Strong computer literacy skills, - Microsoft (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, proactive, and possess strong attention to detail skills

Company Description: The Hidden Valley mine is an open pit gold and silver mine, situated in the Morobe province in Papua New Guinea, some 210km northwest of Port Moresby and approximately 90km south-southwest from Lae, the capital of the province. The mine is located at elevations between 2 800m and 1 700m above sea level within steep mountainous and forested terrain that experiences approximately 3m of rainfall per year. The major gold and silver deposits of Hidden Valley are located in the Morobe Granodiorite of the Wau Graben. Crushed ore is conveyed from the Hidden Valley pit via a 3.8km long overland pipe conveyor and is treated at the Hidden Valley processing plant, which uses a two stage crushing circuit followed by a SAG mill, gravity, CCD/Merril Crowe circuit for silver and carbon-in-leach circuit for the gold.
