MOBILE SENIOR SUPERVISORS (x 4)

We are seeking experienced and competent Supervisors who are disciplined with good work ethics and able to maintain orderly operations and service delivery to the expected standards. He or she will be responsible for maintaining routine and timely spot checks and escalate or assist to resolve issues.The interested candidates must have past experience in the security operations environment.

Interested candidates must have a current valid Police Clearance, possess a Class 6 Driver’s Licence, proven checkable past history of at least 3 years of experience of supervising work teams and be competent and able to drive a auto and or manuel vehicle.

JOB PURPOSE

The Mobile Senior Supervisor provides a vital link in maintaining the communications between the frontline and the Duty Manager and the Client Service Manager. The Mobile Senior Supervisor is mobile and available throughout the 12 hours shift. He conducts site checks and escalates concerns to ensure the safe and secure security operations is maintained at client sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Assist to coordinate orderly shift work changes
• Assist to conduct inspections of Guards at parades
• Conduct routines and spot checks
• Maintain communications
• Escalate concerns raised by Guards and Location Supervisors
• Report and escalate incidents and occurrences

REQUIREMENTS

• Be a licenced Class 6 Driver;
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similarly role
• Disciplined Forces background would be an advantage
• Relevant Education and Training qualifications (Grade 10, Security Officer Trained)
• Safe Driver Training would be an advantage
• Basic Supervision Training
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Possess good knowledge and understanding of Security operations
• Posses problem solving skills
• Updated CV with Names of contactable referees
