MULTI-SKILLED HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR POSITIONS AVAILABLE
(3x Operator Roles)

Hargy Oil Palms Limited (HOPL) are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Multi-Skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our Field RoadFleet team. The successful candidate(s) will be competent in operating Final Trim Graders, Excavators, and Bulldozers to support plantation infrastructure development, road maintenance, land preparation, and earthworks activities.

Responsibilities:

• Operate final trim, excavator, and bulldozer equipment safely and efficiently.
• Carry out precision grading, road construction, drainage works, and land preparation.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
• Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Work closely with supervisors and field teams to ensure projects are completed to specification and on schedule.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience operating heavy earthmoving equipment, particularly final trim machinery, excavators, and bulldozers.
• Relevant heavy equipment operating licences/certifications.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work in remote locations and varying weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Valid driver's licence.
