SPECTRA LAE IS HIRING – MULTIPLE POSITIONS!

Spectra Industrial Limited - a Leader in Sales, Service and Hire of Forklifts, Gensets and Industrial Supplies, is looking for skilled and experienced individuals to join our Lae Team and be a part of our growing enterprise! We currently have the following positions available:

• Forklift Technician

  • Experience in forklift maintenance and repair is essential. Candidates should have a strong understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems.

• Heavy Diesel Fitter

  • Proven experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance is required. Knowledge of heavy machinery and equipment is desirable.

• Auto Electrician

  • Experience in automotive electrical systems is necessary. Candidates should be able to diagnose and repair complex electrical issues.

• Workshop Supervisor

  • Proven experience supervising a workshop or maintenance team is essential. Candidates should have strong leadership, scheduling, and quality control skills to keep the workshop running safely and efficiently.

• Purchasing Officer

  • Experience in procurement, supplier negotiation, and stock/inventory management is required. Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong organizational and negotiation skills.

• Sales Representative

  • Experience in sales, preferably within the industrial, automotive, or heavy equipment sector, is required. Candidates should have strong customer relationship and negotiation skills to grow the client base.

• Business Development Manager

  • Proven experience identifying and securing new business opportunities is essential. Candidates should have strong strategic planning, networking, and relationship management skills.

Requirements

• Relevant trade qualifications (Certificate III or higher)
• Valid driver's license.
• Proven experience in the relevant trade
• Strong problem solving and analysis skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and time management skills
