Position

We are seeking suitable and motivated individuals to join our team in the following positions as part of the continued growth and operations of 1 Stop Village.

• FREEZER ASSISTANT
• The Freezer Assistant is responsible for assisting with the receiving, handling, storage and arrangement of frozen products. The role ensures frozen goods are properly handled, kept organised and maintained in suitable condition while supporting the smooth operation of the freezer section.
• PRODUCE ASSISTANT
• The Produce Assistant is responsible for assisting with the receiving, handling, sorting and display of fresh produce. The role ensures produce is properly arranged, kept clean and presentable, and supports the smooth operation of the produce section.
• SHOP ASSISTANT
• The Shop Assistant is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the store, including customer service, puting stocks on the shelf, product arrangement and maintaining a clean and organised shopping area. The role supports the smooth operation of the store and ensures customers receive friendly and helpful service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail, supermarket or customer service environment is an advantage.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and able to perform duties such as lifting, moving and arranging stock.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to work flexible hours according shift schedules
• Good attitude, honesty and willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness, product presentation and an organised work area.
• Must be able to work under pressure in a busy retail environment.
