About the Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the National Sales and Marketing Manager is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for driving national sales performance, strengthening market position and leading the organisation's sales and marketing strategy. This role provides strategic direction while developing high-performing teams and fostering strong customer and stakeholder relationships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the national sales and marketing strategy.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve commercial performance targets.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Identify market opportunities and expand the organisation's market presence.
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic stakeholders.
  • Oversee brand positioning, marketing initiatives and campaign performance.
  • Manage departmental budgets and provide executive reporting on business performance.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
  • Significant leadership experience in a senior sales and marketing role.
  • Demonstrated success delivering commercial growth and market expansion.
  • Strong strategic, commercial and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools and performance reporting.
