Are you a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in the FMCG sector? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional service? We are recruiting a National Sales Manager for the Northern Region of Papua New Guinea on behalf of a leading player in the FMCG industry. This role is based in Lae and will report directly to the General Manager.

- Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers, driving them to meet sales objectives and ensuring full field coverage.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and drive growth.
- Coordinate and execute marketing strategies, including promotions, sales, and public relations activities.
- Monitor and report on sales budgets, ensuring monthly targets are met.
- Maintain high trade standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
- 5+ years of proven experience managing sales in the FMCG sector at both strategic and operational levels.
- A strong leader with demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and drive performance.
- Proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
