Night Auditor

We are searching for the right candidate that supports the night operations for the hotel within the Front Office Department. This person will accurately balance all hotel income and expenses within a 24-hour hotel operating period.

A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Perform all Guest Service Agent functions as required; may assist in booking room reservations; may assist in answering hotel phone calls and notifying guests of messages.
  • Act as hotel system liaison during night hours.
  • Communicate with other hotel departments as necessary to resolve accounting discrepancies and to request or provide information.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
  • Transmit credit card batches.
  • Balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue and telephone revenue; assist in the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues.
  • Balance and audit for accuracy all room and tax charges, cashier’s reports, and guest and house accounts.

What we need from you

  • Minimum Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Pronto experience or related Finance Accounting Software/systems preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Will be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
