• ICT / Cybersecurity / Project Management / Business Continuity Planning
• People & Culture / Customer Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure members’ interests are always given priority in making decisions.
• Contribute to formulating strategy to meet organisational objectives
• Assist fellow Directors in setting the organisational values and standards & ensure that its obligations to its Members and the wider community are understood and fairly balanced at all times
• Effective engagement at the most senior levels, as well as stakeholder communications & management experience
• Understanding the importance of cultivating the desired company culture & the role of the board in setting the “tone from the top”.

Key Requirements:

• Collaborative leader with suitable professional background with sound Governance experience;
• Resident in PNG
• Member of PNG Institute of Directors & Board experience will be considered favourably
• Senior Management &/or leadership experience with minimum of 5+ years senior & executive management experience;
• Minimum Degree in relevant field, MBA is highly desired;
• Satisfy the Bank of PNG’s Fit & Proper assessment & not present any conflicts of interest
