About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Office Manager to oversee office operations, staff coordination, facilities management, and administrative support. This role ensures the office runs efficiently, professionally, and in line with organisational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a clean, organised work environment
- Supervise administrative staff, reception, and support personnel
- Oversee office maintenance, cleaning schedules, and contractor coordination
- Manage stationery, supplies, and office inventory
- Implement and monitor office policies, procedures, and workflows
- Support HR functions including attendance tracking and staff onboarding
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics
- Maintain document management systems and ensure proper filing
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
Requirements
- Experience in office management or administrative supervision
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage staff and enforce standards professionally
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, email, cloud systems)
- Experience in a legal or corporate environment is an advantage
