About the role

Assisting supervisors and coordinator with all aspects of inventory management at the company warehouse. Ensuring that all inventory records are up to date and accurate.

Key / Major Accountabilities

Key accountabilities of this position include.

• Ensure that all aspects of Category Management process are undertaken in accordance with established policy and procedures.
• Assist in weekly and monthly reports and ensure no stock out of materials.
• Ensure the timely completion of all tasks for both staff and contractors.
• All daily stock takes are carried out in a timely manner and posted within 24 hours of stock count.
• Update Pronto with correct and accurate information in relation to cataloguing requirements.
• Complete all Material data master additions and changes.
• Assist in investigation and reporting of inventory discrepancies.
• Complete all ANSI requests within a timely fashion.

About You

I

To be considered for this position, candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in a warehousing environment where they have used computerized stock and inventory control systems, and they have gained a good understanding of warehousing concepts and techniques. In addition to this, candidates should also (ideally) be able to demonstrate some or all of the following.

• Experience in Microsoft suite office tools – Word, Excel, and E-mail.
• Experience with Pronto function to Support Inventory requirements.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience in the industry.
• Mining Industry experience preferred.
