This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong technical background and proven leadership in managing maintenance operations across complex facilities and systems.

About the Role

As the Operations Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of business operations through effective maintenance strategies. You’ll lead a team of technicians and contractors, oversee equipment and infrastructure performance, and drive compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and schedules.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure high performance.
• Conduct inspections and evaluate equipment, facilities, and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Manage maintenance budgets and inventory of materials and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Document and report all maintenance activities and outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance management or a similar role.
• Demonstrated success in leading maintenance teams and projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of industry-specific equipment and systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving operational needs.
• English language proficiency required.
