Pacific Prefab Home PNG, part of the growing YES Group, is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and drive the continued growth of our business.

This is a hands-on senior role for a strong leader, sales professional and business development thinker who can manage people, build client relationships, drive revenue and identify new commercial opportunities across PNG.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pacific Prefab Home PNG Division.
• Lead, manage and develop staff to achieve high performance.
• Manage customer enquiries, orders, invoicing, deliveries and supplier relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, retail and other clients.
• Drive sales and achieve agreed revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new customers, markets, products and business opportunities.
• Develop strategies to expand the Division’s customer base and revenue across PNG.
• Provide regular operational, sales and business development reports to the CEO.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced: Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations, sales management, business development or a similar senior role.
• Commercially minded: Proven ability to drive sales, revenue and business growth.
• A strong leader: Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams.
• Relationship-focused: Confident dealing with clients, suppliers, banks, government and other stakeholders.
• Proactive and independent: Able to identify opportunities and take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Highly organised: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional and accountable: Reliable, honest, motivated and results-driven.
• An excellent communicator: Strong written and spoken English skills.
