We are looking for Sales Coordinator – Pactrade (PNG) Limited

The key responsibilities include:

support the sales team in achieving their targets by coordinating schedules, following up on leads, organizing meetings, and providing administrative support, ultimately contributing to the company's overall sales success.

The key responsibilities include:

1. Managing Schedules - Coordinate sales team activities, including appointment, meeting and events.
2. Lead Management : Follow up on leads, track customer interaction, sales team’s schedules and maintain client databases.
3. Report Generation: Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
4. Order processing : Handle customer orders, ensure accuracy and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
5. CRM Management : Maintain and update customer relation management system
6. Administrative support: Provide admin support to sales team
7. Sales Strategy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and goals.
8. Collaboration: Work with other departments ( e.g, marketing, customer service ) to ensure smooth operation and effective communication.

Skills and experience

1. 2 years admin experience in coordination roles.
2. 1 years experience in Sales administration most preferable in FMCG sector
3. Experience in travel bookings and logistics
4. Good computing skills and excellent communication skills
