Overview

We are seeking an experienced, driven professional with a passion for inventory mastery, parts sales and customer satisfaction for the role. The Parts Manager will oversee, manage, lead and motivate the team and manage an organized parts warehouse and drive sales and provide after-sales customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the parts department
- Manage inventory levels, ordering and supplier relations
- Lead and motivate the team of parts specialist
- Ensure timely and accurate parts delivery to service technicians and retail customers
- Maintain an organised parts warehouse and streamline parts logistics
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Provide after-sales customer support
- Ensure all SOPs are followed through
- Ensure safety standards and practises are maintained at the workplace.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing or relates field
- Minium five years in a Parts managerial or supervisory role
- Proven experience in automotive parts management and sales
- Strong leadership, communication and organisation skills
- Knowledge of automotive system and parts cataloguing
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
