Position Title: Parts Sales Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Parts Sales Supervisor to oversee the daily operations in Manus. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving parts sales, managing inventory, supervising team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining efficient stock control and administrative processes.

The role requires close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure parts availability, timely order fulfillment, accurate record keeping, and achievement of departmental sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Supervision: Oversee daily parts sales activities and support the team in achieving sales and profitability targets.

Customer Service: Assist customers with parts enquiries, quotations, order processing, and product identification while maintaining high service standards.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and take responsibility for inventory levels, stock replenishment, stocktakes, and inventory accuracy.

Procurement and Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to source parts, follow up on orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve supply-related issues.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate sales, inventory, customer, and supplier records.

Administration: Provide administrative support relating to sales transactions, reporting, documentation, and departmental operations.

Team Leadership: Supervise, support, and develop parts sales personnel to ensure productivity, accountability, and excellent customer service.

Communication and Coordination: Liaise with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and management to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency.

Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts store and sales environment while ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements.

Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Automotive Parts Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in parts sales, inventory control, warehousing, or a similar supervisory role.

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software will be an advantage.

Strong understanding of inventory control, stock management, and customer service principles.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Must be conversant with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
