Payroll Officer

PAYROLL OFFICER

Key responsibility:

• Processing of payroll, and updating & maintaining of payroll records.
• Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations
• Assist the HR Manager for some HR functions especially in hiring and documentations.
• Maintenance accountable, accurate and timely payroll transactions.

Qualifications:

• Applicant must have an extensive relevant experience in senior payroll position with knowledge of Attache’ or Pronto Payroll System.
• Thorough knowledge of complex payroll procedures including reportorial requirements
• Can deal effectively with all levels of staff within the organization
• Can work extended hours when required and can work with minimum supervision
• Excellent attention to details
• Extensive knowledge to payroll legislations and processes.
• Numerical ability and data entry skills.
