Why This Role Exists
To further their commitment to service excellence, our client is looking for a strategic leader to spearhead their People & Culture (P&C) Operations and Shared Services. This role is a critical hire designed to bridge the gap between high-level HR strategy and seamless operational execution. The successful candidate will be the architect of process optimization, ensuring that every stage of the employee lifecycle is supported by robust systems and data integrity.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of P&C Operations, the successful candidate will be the central point of contact for all operational transactions. You will lead a multidisciplinary team—including specialists in Benefits, HRIS, Talent Operations, and People Assist—to deliver a world-class employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring all processes are efficient and compliant.
- Benefits Oversight: Lead the administration of health, retirement, wellness, and leave policies.
- HRIS & Data Integrity: Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HRIS data in line with strict privacy regulations.
- Process Improvement: Develop and monitor HR policies while driving transformation efforts and operational excellence.
- Escalation Management: Provide expert guidance on complex benefits inquiries and operational issues.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with internal and external vendors to identify opportunities for automation and service improvements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a Technology-related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR operations experience, with a specific focus on benefits administration and lifecycle management and using data as a driver for decision making and process improvements
- Technical Savvy: High proficiency in HRIS/HR Technology or any other ERP Systems, MS365, and an interest in AI Applications.
- Analytical Depth: Proven ability to analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and reporting insights for senior leadership.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing and coaching teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and financial institution risk policies.
