CreditBank PNG Limited is recruiting a suitable candidate for the role of Learning & Development Specialist.

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Learning & Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our workforce by preparing, delivering, and evaluating impactful learning programs that support employee growth and organizational excellence. The role is based in Port Moresby.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs across departments.
• Design and implement training programs aligned with strategic goals.
• Coordinate onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
• Maintain accurate training records and support reporting requirements.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s in human resource management or Equivalent (mandatory)
• Proven experience in learning and development or talent management.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and digital tools.
• Working Knowledge of Statutory laws in PNG and other jurisdictions that Credit Corporation Operates.
