Planning & Supply Manager

TotalEnergies Marketing PNG is seeking an experienced and analytical Planning & Supply Manager to lead fuel and lubricant supply operations across our nationwide network. This role ensures supply reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with Group standards in a competitive market.
This position reports directly to the VP Operations & HSSE and requires strong management and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supply & Planning Coordination
- Lead planning and scheduling of fuel supplies with TOAP, Puma, warehouse operators, and key customers.
- Ensure zero stock-outs across terminals, warehouses, service stations, and customer facilities.
- Manage demand forecasting, supply lead times, and stock control.
- Coordinate safe receipt and discharge of products.
Supply Chain & Vendor Management
- Implement controls for consignment stocks.
- Conduct periodic stocktakes and reconcile with warehousing and storage partners.
- Manage tendering processes and contract negotiations.
- Develop KPIs and monitor supplier performance.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare monthly supply and stock reports.
- Ensure compliance with Group procurement standards.
- Liaise with Logistics, Warehousing, and HSEQ teams.
HSEQ & One Maestro Responsibilities
- Support One Maestro implementation across TotalEnergies PNG.
- Act as Principle 10 – Performance Improvement Champion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Planning & Supply, ideally in petroleum, refining, trading, or logistics.
- Proven management and leadership experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
