We currently have an immediate vacancy for a Plumber who will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across Goodman Fielder’s facilities in Lae. This role ensures safe water supply, effective drainage, and compliance with workplace health and safety standards to support smooth operations in production and office areas.

• Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and related fixtures.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, emergencies, and breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors to support facility upkeep.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system status.
• Recommend improvements or upgrades to plumbing systems for efficiency and reliability.

• Trade Certificate or equivalent qualification in Plumbing.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably in industrial or commercial settings.
• Knowledge of PNG plumbing codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
