PNG Brothers Construction Limited is looking for a REAL PLUMBER.

Not someone whose solution to every plumbing problem is:

“Boss, we need a new pipe.”

Not someone who sees a leaking pipe and says,

“It was not leaking when I came yesterday.”

And definitely NOT someone who fixes a leak by putting a bucket underneath it and calling the job “completed.”

IF YOU CAN DO THIS… WE WANT YOU!

• FIX A LEAK without creating three new leaks.
• INSTALL A SHOWER that actually produces water.
• FIX A TOILET without making everyone afraid to use it afterward.
• CONNECT PIPES without turning the building into a swimming pool.
• MEASURE PROPERLY instead of saying, “Boss, I think this one will fit.”
• INSTALL FITTINGS that don't start leaking five minutes after you leave.
• UNDERSTAND HOT AND COLD WATER — because apparently they are not the same thing.

And most importantly…

KNOW WHERE THE WATER SHUT-OFF VALVE IS!

Because when everyone is shouting:

“TURN OFF THE WATER!!!”

We don't want you standing there looking at the pipe like it's going to introduce itself.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Install, repair and maintain water supply and drainage systems.
• Install pipes, valves, fittings, fixtures and plumbing equipment.
• Install and repair toilets, sinks, showers, taps and other plumbing fixtures.
• Perform plumbing works for construction, renovation and building projects.
• Read basic plumbing drawings, plans and measurements.
• Cut, thread, bend, join and install pipes and fittings.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure and proper operation.
• Troubleshoot blockages, leaks and plumbing problems.
• Coordinate with carpenters, masons, electricians, painters and other trades.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
• Report defective materials, damaged tools, hazards and other site problems.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Plumber or in a similar construction role.
• Experience in building construction, plumbing installation, repair and maintenance.
• Good knowledge of pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures and plumbing materials.
• Ability to read basic drawings and measurements.
• Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing problems.
• Able to use plumbing hand tools and equipment safely.
• Physically fit and capable of construction work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Plumbing trade certification or formal training is an advantage.
