We are seeking an experienced Poultry Manager to manage our poultry farms in Central Province. The candidate must have proven work experience in poultry farming and result driven to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise poultry farm operations
• Monitor bird health, feed consumption, growth rates and take corrective measures as and when required
• Manage egg and meat production targets to meet market demand
• Ensure strict adhenrence to biosecurity and hygiene protocols
• Oversee maintenance of sheds, feedings systems and farm equipment
• Liaise with veterinarians, suppliers and buyers
• Prepare operational and financial reports for management information

Requirements;

• Proven work experience in Poultry Farming
• Sound leadership, management and mentoring skills
• Strong knowledge of poultry health, nutrition and biosecurity practises
• Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science or related field
