Current Opportunities

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals for the following roles:

• Power Generation Supervisors

• Generator Electricians

• Generator Mechanics

• Maintenance Planners

• Power Generation Coordinators

• Service Technicians

• Field Service Personnel

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on the role, you may be involved in:

• Maintaining and servicing diesel power generation equipment
• Diagnosing faults and responding to breakdowns
• Generator overhauls, commissioning, and operational support
• Maintenance planning and scheduling
• Technical reporting and customer support
• Coordinating parts and maintenance activities
• Supporting 24/7 critical power operations
• Ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance

What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated professionals who bring:

• A relevant trade qualification (Mechanical, Diesel Fitting, Electrical or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the power generation industry
• Experience working on diesel generators and associated equipment
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Current driver's licence
• Ability to pass a police clearance and pre-employment medical
• Strong and verifiable employment references

Electrical Applicants

Generator Electricians must hold a current Papua New Guinea National Energy Authority (NEA) Electrical Licence/Qualification and be authorised to perform electrical work in PNG.

Highly Regarded Experience

Experience in the following will be highly valued:

• Large-scale power generation operations
• Generators up to and exceeding 2,000 kVA
• Mining, oil & gas, industrial, or remote-site environments
• Power station operations and maintenance
• SCADA, remote monitoring, and control systems
• High-voltage and low-voltage generation systems
• Continuous operations where reliability and uptime are critical
