PROCUREMENT CLERK – FARM BASED
Zenag Chicken is a nationally owned company specialised in the production, distribution, and marketing of the highest quality of farm fresh eggs and poultry products in PNG. We have served in this industry for more than 75 years.
We are now seeking to recruit an ideal candidate for a Procurement Clerk who will be responsible for all procurement activities at our farm site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the appropriate process of raising Purchase Order is observed.
- Ensuring Purchase Orders are sent to overseas suppliers on time.
- Ensuring timely stock availability and preventing operational disruption.
- Monitoring the accuracy of the Purchase Orders to ensure no discrepancies.
- Maintaining purchasing records in the system.
Required Skills & Specifications
- Must have a Certificate/Diploma in Business Admin/Management.
- Certification of any procurement, supply chain or business admin course is a plus.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel & Outlook.
- Have 1 – 2 years’ experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management systems.
- Must be flexible with working hours.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Must have good communication skills.
