CreditBank PNG is recruiting a suitable candidate for the role of Product Manager – Lending.

The Product Manager – Lending is responsible for the following products: Personal Loans, Term Loans, Home Loans and all lending related products. The product manager is responsible for developing new products and services, improving existing products, managing the product life cycle and sales support for the Sales and Service Team in consultation with Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer. This role is based in Port Moresby.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Strategic:

• Lead the development, approval, training, and communication of new products, changes to existing products and manage, operational, system, and process impacts of introducing products and services.
• Identify and present innovative and creative product solutions.
• Research on competitive pricing and practices to ensure that the product remains relevant.
• Monitor industry trends related to the product an external environment.

Customer Experience

• Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal organizations including. IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations relevant to bring the product into the market.
• Develop financial operating plans to project profit and loss of a product.
• Develop and conduct specialized training on new products launched as well as existing.

Operational

• Project management of all product integration launches and changes throughout implementation.
• Develop a marketing plan to improve sales of products and services.
• Develop product descriptions and analyze performance of existing products.
• Update management reports to monitor and track progress of product and service performance.
• Update, implement, and maintain procedures, processes, and policies.

Required Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management.
• A track record of following through on commitments.
• Experience in strategic planning, and implementation preferred.

Formal Qualifications:

• A degree in business, marketing, or related field.
