Job Overview
We are seeking a Property Admin Officer to join our dynamic team in the construction sector. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a solid background in purchasing and procurement. You will play a key part in supporting project operations, ensuring smooth coordination between property management, construction teams, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee property administration for construction projects, including documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
- Manage purchasing activities: sourcing suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and monitoring delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of property assets, leases, and project-related expenditures.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and project support.
- Assist with payroll and staff communications related to property and project operations.
- Prepare reports and updates for management on property and purchasing activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in construction project administration and purchasing/procurement.
- Strong knowledge of property documentation, compliance, and supplier management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management systems.
