Role Overview
The Project Planner will be responsible for preparing project budgets, developing detailed timelines, and ensuring timely procurement of materials. This role requires strong cost estimation skills, architectural knowledge, and assertiveness in delivering accurate reports to management and stakeholders.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and resource availability.
- Create, monitor, and update project schedules from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met.
- Coordinate procurement activities to secure materials in line with project timelines and specifications.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, factoring in Labor, materials, and overheads.
- Apply architectural understanding to interpret drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with design standards.
- Provide assertive and precise reports on project progress, budget status, and resource utilization.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with project teams, contractors, and management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project planning or construction management.
- Demonstrated expertise in cost estimation and procurement processes.
