Project Team Manager

We are pleased to announce an open vacancy now exists in our Continuous Airworthy Management Group (CAMG) Department for a qualified and experienced Project Team Manager.

Based in Port Moresby this position will report to General Manager - CAMG. The overall purpose of a Project Team Manager is responsible for the effective day to day compliance matters of technical CAMG department.

The Project Team Manager will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Aircraft transfer
• Aircraft subcontracted maintenance
• New initiative projects, possibly including development of maintenance procedures and software
• Analyze aircraft and component specifications report, including gap analysis between new aircraft/component and fleet operational requirements
• Verification of Life-Limited part status
• NAS Options Follow-Up (NOFU) and avionics review
• Any other tasks assigned by General Manager CAMG

To be considered, you must have the relevant qualifications with previous experience in a similar role including having the following key attributes:

• Experience in Aircraft Maintenance Planning
• Experience and knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance documentation
• Experience and knowledge of Life limited components and the tracking of these components
• Knowledge of life limited Component Airworthiness Certification
• Documentation assessment and auditing experience
• Experience of Stores Procedures relating to the sending away and returning of components for servicing and the documents thereof.
• High level of Computer literacy
• Knowledge of PNG regulatory system
