Role Overview
The Property Corporate Manager will oversee the strategic and operational management of the company’s property portfolio. This role ensures efficient property administration, compliance with corporate standards, and alignment with organizational goals. The manager will lead property teams, coordinate with finance and operations, and drive modernization of property systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee acquisition, leasing, maintenance, and disposal of corporate properties.
- Develop long-term property strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Supervise property officers, facilities staff, and contractors.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, service providers, and internal departments.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on property performance and risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in corporate property or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of property law, leasing, and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Operations Director/General Manager and collaborates closely with Finance, HR, and Administration teams.
