Position Title: QC Supervisor

Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive QC Supervisor to oversee Quality Control operations across canned meat, beverage, cooking oil, cordial, and PET bottle manufacturing. This role is responsible for ensuring all products, processes, and practices comply with company quality standards, food safety requirements, and regulatory expectations while driving continuous improvement across production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all QC activities across canning, bottling, packing, and blow moulding operations
• Ensure correct product formulation, ingredient usage, and continuous monitoring of Critical Control Points (CCPs)
• Investigate downgrades, disposals, and reworks, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Maintain accurate QC records, reports, and ensure the use of correct and updated inspection documentation
• Oversee “On Hold” and rejected product programs, including release, disposal, and traceability controls
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate QC Inspectors to ensure consistent performance and accountability
• Participate in audits, inspections, and corrective action processes with regulators, third parties, and customers
• Drive quality improvement initiatives to reduce waste, downtime, and product losses while improving efficiency

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Applied Science, Food Technology, or Applied Chemistry (preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in QA/QC within a food manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of quality control systems, food safety standards, and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with production teams and management
