Role description

Full-time role with NKW reporting to QMS Manager and working in a team environment, your duties include

• Ensuring compliance to organization`s QMS Standards and Food Safety Program
• Monitor, verify and maintain applicable procedures and instruction in compliance to Company ISO9001 standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Liaise with various divisions to ensure quality and risk management practices adhered to
• Monitor and analyse performance, identify and report areas for improvement
• Participate in HACCP and QMS Internal and External Audits

Experience, skills and qualification

• Above 3 years experience quality assurance in a Kitchen or catering operation
• Bachelor’s in food science or science related field
• General knowledge of regulatory standards and understanding of Food Safety Levels 1, 2 or 3
• SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety
• Certificate in ISO9001 Quality Management System
• ISO Standard exposure and application skills
• Safe Handling of Food preparation, processing and storage
• Internal audit and report writing skills
