About the Position

The main responsibility of the Quality Control Inspector, is to monitor and control the process ensuring its compliance with Goom Manufacturing Practices,SSOP, Food Safety Policies and HACCP standards.This position reports to the Egg Grading Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that GMP are carried out in all sections in Egg Grading.
• Ensuring SOPs in Occupational Health and Safety are implemented.
• Ensuring that On-Line and Hygiene Inspections are Always carried out in all sections.
• Checking the Critical Control Points to ensure they are functioning within the set specifications.
• Responsible to provide report on the Critical Control Points.
• Responsible to educate the workers in Egg Grading on the knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. (HACCP)
• Responsible for the Inhouse Hygiene and Sanitation Audit.
• Responsible for In House Training.

Qualifications

• Graduate BA/Diploma/Certificate in Food Technology or related field.
• 4 years’ Experience in a Food Manufacturing Company will be a plus.
