Daikin PNG, a leading provider of innovative air conditioning and climate solutions, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Officer to join our dynamic team.

The Quality Officer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System. This role is crucial for our growth, ensuring that our products and services consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Create and manage all necessary quality documentation, including the Quality Manual, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas where existing company practices do not meet ISO 9001 requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors during the ISO 9001 certification and surveillance audits.
• Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure the QMS is effective and compliant with the standard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Recent graduate preferred with maximum 2 years working experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work independently to drive quality initiatives from concept to completion
