Summer Institute of Linguistics Papua New Guinea (SIL-PNG) is re-advertising the Learning and Development Manager role and looking for someone who wants a challenge and change of scenery to live in Ukarumpa, Kainantu and become part of a dynamic team supporting the work of Bible Translation. The person we are seeking must be highly skilled and motivated professional who will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of training programs for both expatriate and local staff to enhance their effectiveness in Bible translation and support roles and must have a servant heart to serve.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related role.
• Experience in cross-cultural environments, preferably in an NGO or faith-based organization.
• Proven track record in capacity building, staff development, leadership training, and compliance training.
• Experience in child safeguarding, advocacy, or related areas is highly desirable.
• Experience in mentoring junior staff and preparing reports for regulatory bodies.
• Experience in managing finances and budget preparation
