Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (Female)

Job summary

The successful applicant will be mainly responsible in looking after the Front Desk on her shift, attending to members and guests’ queries, liaising with members, attending to incoming and outgoing telephone calls, invoicing and receipting payments, updating members contact details in the database, replying to emails and any other tasks as assigned by the Membership Coordinator and/or the Administration Manager.

Qualifications required:

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
• Two (2) or more years of proven experience as a receptionist or related field
• Honest, trustworthy and hardworking
• Well-groomed/ Neat appearance
• Good written and verbal Communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Computer literate (proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Hands on experience with telephone, printer/copier, tills etc
• Good manners and excellent customer service
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Fast learner
• Able to work shifts and can work with minimum supervision
• Flexible to work outside of normal shifts - Relief duties and Public Holidays (when required)
