Your Role:

As a key member of our team, you will:

What We’re Looking For:

• A motivated and passionate recruiter ready to make a real difference.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of agency recruitment experience or competitive sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
• Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating patience and persistence.
• Proficiency in CRM’s, recruitment tools, software, and social media platforms for sourcing talent.
