Regional Sales Manager – Be part of PNG's Iconic Food Brands

Role based in Momase & Highlands Region

About the Role: Manage the growth of household brand names in Ox & Palm and Ocean Blue across PNG's most growing regions. As Regional Sales Manager, you'll drive our market presence while leading a robust sales team in one of PNG's fastest-growing FMCG sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives across the region
• Build & Lead a high-performing team through coaching and development
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key distributors and retail partners
• Optimize territory coverage and route-to-market strategies
• Drive promotional activities that resonate with local consumers
• Ensure effective merchandising standards across all channels

Your Profile:

• Business management degree/diploma or related field
• 3+ years management experience in FMCG/Food manufacturing
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Outstanding leadership and team development skills
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
