Our client, a leading organisation in the Beverage Manufacturing sector, is seeking a strategic and results-driven sales professional to lead regional execution teams and ensure operational excellence across trade activities, outlet implementation, and route-to-consumer strategies.
The Role
In this role, the ideal candidate will lead regional sales execution teams to ensure flawless outlet-level implementation of PICOS guidelines, trade activities, and the Route to Consumer strategy for execution excellence. The candidate will drive discipline in call compliance to optimise availability, visibility, and quality at the outlet level. As a key leader, the candidate will coach the team, optimise routing for maximum coverage, and execute consumer promotions to increase sell-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales execution teams to ensure flawless outlet-level implementation of PICOS guidelines and trade activities.
- Drive discipline in Call Compliance and PICOS guidelines (Availability, Visibility, Quality, and Price).
- Execute Route to Consumer (RTC) strategies to achieve execution excellence across the region.
- Maximise the output of every visit by ensuring the team follows established visit steps.
- Implement trade activities, such as consumer promotions and activations, to increase sales.
- Support initiatives to open new outlets and increase the overall outlet universe.
- Optimise team routing to ensure maximum visited coverage across the region.
- Guide and coach team members in their career development and daily execution
- University Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Statistics
- 10+ years’ experience in Sales and Marketing operations, preferably in an FMCG environment.
- Must possess a current Driver’s Licence.
- Advanced computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
- Strong knowledge of analytics, strategy, budgeting, and performance evaluation.
- Deep understanding of sales operations, market conditions, and customer needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and deliver professional presentations.
