About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and culturally adaptable Relationship Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of SME and corporate clients. You’ll play a key role in providing tailored financial solutions, growing strategic partnerships, and unlocking new opportunities for businesses across PNG.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building strong, long-term relationships with local business owners and corporate leaders
• Providing financial advice and customised banking solutions that help businesses grow
• Driving portfolio growth in deposits, lending, and cross-sell opportunities
• Identifying and acquiring new clients through relationship-based business development
• Managing credit quality and financial performance within your portfolio
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients navigating a fast-changing economic landscape

Who We’re Looking For

• A skilled relationship manager with at least 5+ years of experience in business, SME, or corporate banking
• Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of credit and lending processes
• Someone who builds trust easily and thrives in cross-cultural environments
• Excellent communicator, both internally and with external stakeholders
• Motivated by new markets, community impact, and the chance to shape something meaningful
